As a result of winning the tender Eco Service Company has acquired the right to service the real estate complex of a major international developer.

 

Among the objects taken into service are two business centers, an office and a warehouse complex and a land area.

 

Within this project our company provides facility management services, including both engineering and administrative services.

 

Under the contract, the area operated facilities in the Northwestern Federal District increased by 51 000 sq.m.
