The area of serviced facilities increases

As a result of winning the tender Eco Service acquired the right to render facility maintenance services for a modern multifunctional shopping centre in the Southern Federal district. 

Among the facilities taken into service are perfume, clothe, and shoe shops as well as hardware stores.

Within this project our company provides facility management services, including both engineering and administrative services.

The total operated area has increased by 150 000 sq. m.
