Maintenance contract with retail and leisure complex in the city of Samara

In early autumn 2014 Eco Service Group proceeded to provide facility management and technical maintenance services for one of the largest retail and leisure complexes in the city of Samara.

The trade centre is a 2-storey building with a total areas of 150 000 square metres. The site includes more than 220 shops of Russian and foreign brands, 12 cinema halls, underground parking for 4 400 parking spaces, as well as café for the tenants and visitors.

The maintenance contract is a one in a number of steps Eco Service takes to consolidate its position on the regional market.
