Service contract with shopping mall

May 2016 was marked by the conclusion of a major contract on pre-commissioning services and engineering advice for a shopping mall built by a big foreign developer.

The shopping centre with a total area of more than 150 000 sq. m. is located in St. Petersburg and embodies the emerging trends in architecture. The facility will include office premises, shopping galleries, cinema halls, a hypermarket as well as a parking for 800 parking spaces.

Under the contract Eco Service specialists carry out a number of organizational and technical services in order to guarantee secure operation of retail outlets.
